who collectively work together.
We used to be there too.
After years of being a popular hairstylist in commission salons.
You are busy and enjoy doing hair.
But, you realize nowhere to grow from here.
You may see a stylist friend opens a salon with a family's support.
You may see stylist friends move out from NYC
buying houses in small cities.
But you know that's not for you.
We know what we know.
Not all salon has visions for a stylist's future and growth.
We know how you feel.
We found a way for ourselves.
We want to help you out of commission salons.

Our mission
Commission salons are significant parts of a hair stylist's career.
After the beauty school, we need to be trained in a salon.
It takes time to build clientele.
We see the lack of support for the hairstylist's career from there.
Most commission salons aim to have stylists there to make them more money.
So, we can help you to become an independent/freelance hairstylist.
Some stylists become chair renters.
It is excellent to be your own boss at chair renting salons.
However, no one helps you to get new clients.
We saw many independent stylists lose their clients during the pandemic.
People are always moving in and out of NYC.
If you cannot gain new clients yourself, it will be challenging.
So, we can help that just like commission salons.
